Incremental scanning
- Skips unchanged WorkBuddy and CodeBuddy record files to reduce repeated reads.
- Reduces scans triggered by file changes unrelated to usage and avoids recalculating ledger totals when only quotas change.
- Scan progress counts only changed files that need processing, so an unchanged rescan no longer flashes a usage-sync notice.
Records and responsiveness
- Runs record pagination and filtering in the background and ignores outdated results when filters change quickly.
