Direct edition
You may request a refund within seven calendar days of purchase if the license key has never been activated. Email yoqulin@qq.com with the original order information. After confirming that the key is unused, the refund will be returned through the original payment channel.
Once the key has been activated on any device, change-of-mind refunds are generally unavailable. If the key is invalid or duplicated, or if the app has a critical issue on a supported macOS version that we cannot resolve, we will provide a replacement, fix or refund as required by applicable law.
Mac App Store edition
Apple collects and manages App Store payments. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple’s Report a Problem process and are decided under Apple’s policy. We cannot directly refund an Apple order.
Channels are not interchangeable
A direct-edition key cannot be exchanged for an App Store purchase, and an App Store order cannot issue a direct-edition key. Orders, licenses and refunds are handled separately for each channel.
